Elizabeth Geddes & Gavin Krasner are Chops for Tea.
One of us writes, the other designs. Well actually both of us design, imagine, strategise, create and make things happen through graphic design, copywriting, brand jiggery-pokery, a bit of smoke and mirrors, ye olde two card mime trick and simply messing about — though not in boats. No boats.
For health.com.au we workshopped their brand before they were one, created a visual identity, applied it to various elements, imagined a tone of voice, visualised an image library and developed an online advertising style.
For Mossimo we gave an entirely new framework to their famous identity, created extensive brand guidelines and developed a whole new packaging system across their complete product range.
For Ampersand we reinvigorated an out-of-date identity, differentiated the sectors of the business with seals, had fun with pattern and gave them stand out in a conservative environment. In 2013 we completely revamped their website which helped to keep them the market leaders. (The fact that they’re positively brilliant at what they do had a lot to do with that of course!)
What’s with all the cats? In the Gambolling section you’ll be able to see what we would be doing if two little friends of ours called work and money didn’t need our attention so much. Do you know them? Needy little buggers. Anyway here you’ll also be able to get your hand on exclusive artworks, books and prints courtesy of our friends at Rensark Industries.
We work from home, or maybe that’s we home from work: but that’s just how we like it. You can share in all of our off duty shenanigans in Bleating. From our tending to the vegetable patch, deciding what’s for tea, pottering about, chasing after #1, #2 and Pikelet (The Office Cat) to Lizzie’s personal favourite: What we’re arguing about.
Great work for great clients
We’ve done an edit of our most recent work. It was like playing favourites with the children.
We've got things to say
A lot goes on at CFT_HQ from arguing about the price of tinned tomatoes to growing freakazoid vegetables. How do we get any work done?
Our extra curricular frolics
When we’re taking a break from not actually doing any work we’re extremely busy with the enormity of pottering about.
The whole kit and kaboodle
You could spend hours here disappearing down various rabbit holes. You might end up in the 90s, but hey, that’s ok. We were there and they were pretty good.
Who, what, where
Once upon a time there was a little girl and a little boy. Arrgh.
